TUESDAY'S FEED BAG
Hi beautiful,
So good to see you back, I need this thread! Need to cut out snacking and/or find better options. today I cut up some cantelope and got rid of the Mike & Ikes... lol
Today:
Pre B: 2 cups milk
B: 1/2 c greek yogurt with 1/4 cup Bear Naked protein granola, sweetzfree
L: Small salad with turkey lunch meat
S: LF string cheese
D: BLT - center cut bacon, pepperidge farm light grain bread
S: Cantelope, SF jello mousse
My goal next week is to cut my calories/carbs but still enjoy what I eat! In the meantime, need to eat what is in the fridge.
