Unless I missed something(usually do) I didn't see where you posted what WLS you were having? I had VSG(vertical sleeve) a year ago Feb, and my Doc did not require any liquid diet or pre op planned diet. Now, she does require you to lose a certain amount of weight before surgery. I have found that each Dr, each surgery has their own guidelines and rules. Good Luck with whatever you choose. In my opinion it all becomes a win win situation!! Keep us posted, Leslie:)
