@t Sunshine2510, that would be great to setup a social gathering one day.  We're not too far away from each other. 

I will find out tomorrow when I start a liquid diet.  I think my Dr. typically has us on liquids 48hrs before surgery.  My friend had her class last week and that's what she told me, so we'll see tomorrow for sure! 

It's awesome to have friends who are going through something imilar and 1 who's going through the same surgery. Just keep in mind your journeys will be different from each other. I had a good friend who had the surgery a year before me guide me through the whle process and we're still each other's support group.

Keep us updated on how everything goes and we'll be here to welcome you to the loser bench :)
