I MISS YOU ALL!!!
Good Morning Maryland!!!!! I have missed you all. I know most of you knew I was in the hospital and I appreciate all the calls and emails. Mike told me about every last message and I LOVE YOU GUYS for all your constant support! Pammy and April I love you BOTH and I cant thank you enough for wanting to be there. I was a MESS in the hospital. I looked like a woman who had been beaten and left for dead I was so swollen.
I wanted to let everyone know who has been asking that my hospital stay had NOTHING to do with my RNY surgery at all. I have a bad kidney and it was suppose to be removed when I was 16 years old. It has been dying since I was 5 years old. It is now only functioning at 2% which makes me get sick a lot with kidney infections and then when I get stones on top of that I AM NO GOOD!!! Well if I get a stone and it gets trapped my urine backflows which causes a serious pylenepritiis infection that leads into SEPSIS....which can kill you. I have now had it 3 times so its SCARY. But I promise you it had nothing to do with RNY! (((Hugs))) I am home now and taking it EASY PEASY!!!!
As most of you know I am on the University of Marylands website now as a Success Story and listed on their Facebook and hospital blog as a Success Story of the year patient. I have now been ask to have my before and after pix authorized to be released in magazines and the Washington Journal. I AM EXCITED!!! If my story can help just ONE PERSON.........I am THRILLED!!! I LOVE MY RNY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
HAPPY MONDAY MARYLAND!!!!! LOVE YOU GUYZ!!!!!!
