The Ugly Truth
Truth be known -- not one of us is going to win a bikini (or one piece suit for that matter) contest with all this skin hanging! My inner thighs are scary not to mention my boobs have gone south for not only the winter, but for spring, summer and fall. On the other side of the fence, I no longer have 115 pounds of fat attached to my body and I'm proud to be wearing a size 14 jeans in which I have to stuff the belly skin in around the zipper. At least I'm not shopping for size 28 jeans hoping to get them up past my knees anymore. Don't worry about -- it is what it is.
have you ever gotten a reiki treatment? it is very relaxing and may help you give yourself a bit of a break. you are beating yourself up big time gf and need to take a break for sure. just try to be kind to yourself. each negative thought, notice it, accept it is there, and say i choose to not buy into you. i have the same issue w/ skin but i know that until i accept my body as it is, i can not expect anything better to happen to it. just the way the stupid world works LOL
Hey, I am 2.5 years out, at my goal weight, had a tummy tuck and I STILL have body issues.
What you'll learn to do as you go along is try different pieces of clothing and figure out which suits your body best. For the second year out from surgery, I relied heavily on those spandex body suit things for my thighs and belly issues. I still use the thighs one for under dresses that don't hide everything too well.
Your before and after pictures are amazing. Look at them everyday if you have to and focus on how far you've come, then think about how far you still want to go. I am sure the journey in front of you will seem tiny compared to the journey you've already made!

I know I am sure I will figure it out when the time comes and should not be sweating in now with at least another 70lbs to lose. I mean lots of things are still going to change of course!
For me it's not always about in clothes but really more so in the less revealing things like a swim suit or summer skimpy clothes etc. I've never been a fan of summer and I'm sure I never will be for more reasons that one.
And of course my biggest issue is intimately but I'm dealing with it!
I would not know where to start if/when I go see an PS. I would have to pick one thing at a time to fix...unless I win the lotto!
