for those that don't get to my blog before shot and current shot

I'm doing much better now! I was apparently stuffing my face with more food then I was supposed to so when I went to the doctors and had only lost 2.8 lbs in a month they had me show them what I was eating, OH BOY!! So.... since then I am strictly measuring and I've lost more then 10lbs in 2 weeks! Amazing what happens when you work the tool!!! LOL   I was pretty shocked that the amount of food I was eating made that big of a difference because I didnt think it was that much.  I guess the eyes bigger then the stomach really is true!! Glad you are doing so well. Can't wait to see you in person.
