omg you look great, i hope i am so lucky :)Luck has nothing to do with it... truly.... you have to WORK the too.
you have to make the changes... BUT if you follow the plan, get your fluids and MOVE you will be successful.
I remember thinking... oh this iwll never work for me... oh I won't lose... I'll never break 200... I know those feelings... it will happen for you... I promise.
best advice... follow the rules... do what you are supposed to do... oh and find something that you like to do that makes you move...
for me... it's Yoga....
it could be dancing, skating, walking, swimming, yoga, or anything.... I also really like the feeling of weight lifting....
but I started out very slowly bakc in November I was doing chair yoga... I was doing gentle yoga... I could barely bend over..... little by little it improves...
make notes where you are... keep trakc of your progress.... it's a fun ride.
oh I get the pain.
i just had a cortisone shot in my left knee on Tuesday. I have a bakers cyst in the knee as well as a torn meniscus. my left ankle is totallyn comprimised from a break in 2001 and the repair required surgery that left part of the bone dead... pain is my constant companion.
I also did a 4 month bout of physical therapy this past winter to work on a spasmed piraformis muscle (near the glutes) on the right side... it's still very tight...
my hamstrings are so tight it's almost pathalogical...
doing weights and stretching are what keep me moving.
