FRIDAY'S GRATEFULS
(((LINDA)))
Thank you so much, honey! You have know idea how much I appreciate it. In all actuality, Dad's not that old - 68 in May, but he's got a LOT of health issues. For now, at least, the dialysis seems to have helped him immensely - he regained some color and has gotten some appetite back. In fact, he just (half) jokingly asked me to go to Friendly's and get him a Jim Dandy!!! NOT!!! LOL
I am SO happy for you that you've gotten approved. I look forward to learning of your date and sharing your journey with you.
Hugs,
Tia

i am grateful that my gallbladder left last week on a permanent vacation, and i am almost back to myself.
i am grateful my wife of 15 years has been there every step of the way with unwithering support, and that my kids are very understanding and loving!
i am also grateful tia's dad is doing well and that tia is in such good spirits.
i am grateful for this board for the imeasurable support you guys have given to me in my journey.

Hi Brian!
I am SO glad to hear your gallbladder's been removed with no problems. I had mine out (open) in 1990, and OMG - it was an excruciatingly painful recovery.
You'll find that your family is the best built-in support group you can have. Mine remain so even at almost 5 years post-op.
Thanks for your good wishes for Dad and I hope your recovery continues to be uneventful!
