Hi again. I really feel I need to add this: I lived in a beatifully rehabed home, 12 years ago, for 9 years, in the Federal Hill area of Baltimore, just blocks from Harbor Place. It doesn't matter where, in the city, you are, crime is an issue. The most expensive hotels are in the Harbor Place area, but it's never safe. The Quality Inn, I mentioned is a clean motel, on a main street, Caton Ave. and just a couple of blocks from St. Agnes. I would never tell you it was clean, comfortable, and safe, if it weren't. I've lived in the area for years and the best hotel that is less then five min. away is Holiday in express its right acroos from the shell gas station by tesst college,an d its right off 95 on the left if your traveling north.Hope this helps..
