Just want to thank everyone for answering my questions and giving me words of encouragement over the past month. I will be having my surgery in the morning at Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring and I am a little anxious. I will update when I return home.

Good luck, Thomas!!!  It's perfectly normal to feel apprehensive, but soon, this will all be but a memory!

Here's to an uneventful surgery and quick recovery!  Remember, walk, sip, rest, REPEAT!!!

Good luck ! I hear Holy Cross is a great Hosptial. I had one surgery there and was treated very well. I think it is very normal to be nervous and anxious. I wish you and uncomplicated surgery and a quick and speedy recovery.
