We went away with friends for the weekend... we had a blast.

I was able to walk a 23 acre garden (Hershey gardens)
I climbed down 71 steps walked 45 minutes in a cavern then climbed back UP 71 steps... OMG

I loved these little stone hamsters:

Nessa - you look GREAT. Isn't it the doing of things that would have been a struggle and/or impossible in the past one of the greatest side effects of this surgery? Congrats

I have to tell you for me it's fun but the best part is watching my HUBBY be able to do it...

AND that our living well has convinced some dear friends to investigate the surgery...

Wow - I get it on the significant other and the joys of watching them do things they couldn't previously do - and the influiencing others to even consider such a big step by example -that has to feel great
