Thanks for posting this one, Angie. My Dad (who passed in 2000) was a big believer in this quote. Anytime he used it with an employee, they walked away in a trance like they were trying to solve a riddle! Quite Amusing to watch. Thanks for triggering a good mem of my Daddy!
