UPDATE ON DAD
First of all, thank you for the love and support for my family - it means so much.
We just got back from the last of three dr. appointments - we needed clearance from the PCP, nephrologist and cardiologist. We got the all clear from all three, so the cancer surgery is scheduled for 8 a.m. on April 13.
Of course, any surgery has its risks, and this is no different, but everyone seems optimistic that this is our best chance for a cure. So cross your fingers and keep the positive thoughts and prayers coming!
Thanks,
Tia & Family

Try to remain positive and see him after surgery recovering well and even visualize him in the near future symptom and cancer free! Negativity is a vicious cycle and one our brains (therefore bodies) accept to readily. So fight the cancer with positivity as well and treatments and surgery!
I know from experience, how much prayers, positive attitude and willingness to fight cancer works! My Dad was diagnosed wth squasmos cancer of the throat in 2001. We fought it and he went through extreme treatments of radiation and chemo with the hope to reduce the tumor 50% so they could save his larynx (voicebox). Between treatments, his willingness to fight and our positive attitude and prayers, it was eradicated! No surgical interverntion needed! John's Hopkins was amazed at this and had no explanation for the success! (But I do...) 3 years later, he was diagnosed with prostrate cancer and again - he fought it, they treated it and we prayed and I sent much healing love and light!
In 2008, the squasmos cancer came back. Although Dad had quit drinking in 2001 per dr orders, he replaced that with another addiction... sugar! Candies, ice cream, cakes! No one told us at the time that sugar feeds cancerous cells! Dad had the laryengectomy and is doing fantastic now! Wish I was as strong and vibrant and he's turning 80 in Nov.!
So I'll keep sending you and yours my love & light! And have your family, friends and everyone you know do the same - use the power of prayer, positive affirmations and visualizations for help heal your Dad!
