I am home and doing great,,,,,,,I am ready to get some rest now and start my journey.
Still a little sore but I know that is normal.
Surgery went well, hardly any pain, didn't even have to use the morphine.
No gas pains as of yet, so I guess I got lucky there.
Lots of gas being passed which I'm told is good also.
Eating and drinking well.
Hurts when I try to get up and down and the ride home was made more comfortable by my pillow.
Thank you for everyone's thoughts and prayers.
I will write more later, gonna go nap now.

hi this is my first time posting.my name is trish .i am a 50 y/o/ mom of 5 and grandmom of 5 also.i have been over weight for almost 20years and cant wait to change.i dont have a surgery date yet,but will be getting my surgery done at bayview.with DR KIMBERLY STEELE.i have everything done i needed to do so now we are just waiting to hear from insurance (priority partners) any input i would be grearful for :) oh yea btw.im having gastric bypass rny
