anyone looking for a quiet WLS senior to rent to?

OMG Dean, You can't stay in your home ? Damn how sad. My brothers are about to be homeless since my Mom did a reverse mortgage. I don't even know how all that mortgage crap works. I am so confused. I wish I had a place for you but I don't. I will sure keep my eyes and ears open and if I hear of something I will let you know. Are  you looking to be any place or are you open to moving from the area? I wish you luck and take care.

Would like to stay within a 25 mile radius.  It looks like I have 30 days to act.  Since I'm a Realtor I'm gonna tap my agency Champion for some help.
We have a reverse mtg and I don't remember that provision

Dean, I wish you much luck and if you have any info on reverse mortgages let me know. I was told that if Mom died my brothers would have to sell the house or get out. I am so confused. Take care and I hope all works out for you.

How soon are you looking to move?  I currently rent out 2 nice rooms in my house but have 2 roommates at the present time.  Both have signifiicant others and I think that at least one of them may jump ship at any moment and move in with the girlfriend.  Please go ahead and PM me.  I'll give you the particulars.  Karen
