Free App/Website to stay on track.

I just came across a new free App (for phone)/Website that I like much better than the one I have been using.

www.myfitnesspal.com

It tracks your food, exercise, water intake, etc. and calculates how much Protein, Calories, etc you intake per day for a easy glance.  I really like this program, it keeps me on track.

You can also update via phone or web and each will automatically update the other for you (IE: If I am closer to my computer, I will input my lunch online, then when I check my phone next my data is automatically synced).

PS - I have no affiliation with the program, just thought I would share :)
