Beautiful Tuesday!
Although still recovering I am feeling sooo much better the past few days! I have pretty much stopped my pain meds and I am happy to say that the pain is to the point of being bearable. So My Hubby and I went for a walk and took our Pup cayenne and it was so nice, it was quiet and sunny...perfect almost spring day!
Only bad part about today (I will warn this is a TMI) I had a monster of a BM that just refused to cooperate, after alot of work on that end, finally was able to pass it and OMG my poor booty has been in pain ever since...
Called Cathy at Dr. A's office she said to start taking Colace everyday...I am on more meds now than I have ever been...but anything to not experience that again, I will do it, I don't care if I have to do backflips everyday!

WOW...See before surgery I was always on the opposite end of the spectrum...so not exactly used to this.
So Cathy told me to start 1 colace a day and I was told that the pain meds could have caused it too...I am not sure how I am going to be yet.
The first couple of days I was fine...
I think the reason i was able to get it out was because I know, Tuna with a little light mayo usually runs through me in the blink of any eye, so for lunch that is what I had...and that did the trick. Now just suffering the aftermath!

I haven't had any problems since a couple of weeks out from surgery - anesthesia tends to cause a bit of a back up as well. I don't have to take anything to make me go, although if you are taking an iron supplement, that can cause constipation.
