Good afternoon everyone!! I had a wonderful meeting with Dr. Li on wednesday and I have been scheduled for my sleeve April 26th!
I made a list of things to do for all of my preop testing, and all my appointments have been made.
I feel so so so......elated, excited, I can't even find the words!

All right!!!! So glad you're excited about this! The beginning of the rest of your life. I always like clicking on the before/after pictures. I still find it amazing and can't imagine being there! Keep us posted. We have a seat reserved, for you, on the LOSERS BENCH!

Hi Heather and Welcome,

Get ready for the ride of you life! I was sleeved 2-24-09 by Dr. Li. She is such a fabulous Dr and a wonderful person. She makes the process that much easier! Boy, things have changed, she never used to give dates until all your pre op testing, evaluations and clearances were completed! Thanks Leslie. Things may move a bit quickly for me because I have had my weight loss attemps all documented by my pcp over the last 2 years. I also have a pretty good insurance plan through my job and I don't have to go through much for the procedure. I am sure I will come up with plenty of questions for you.
My favorite part of Dr. Li, when I went to shaker her hand and say thank you, she said, "Um, I give hugs" AWESOME

I love her too!!! She gave me the same response when I went to shake her hand the first time I met her. She is my new doctor since Dr. Gandsas left.
