I GOT MY DATE. I called the drs today to let them know that I got the letter from the insurence company and they gave me my date. I will be admitted to JHBV on MAY 13 2010. I cant believe it. It seems like jsut yesterday I started to get things going for this and now in 60 days I will become a loser ok so maybe not 60 days but soon afterwards. How did you guys celebrate before your surgery. Hubby wants to throw me a party about mid april.

Congrats!!! The time will fly by and be here before you know it. I had about a months worth of "Last Suppers" before my 2 week liquid diet, so I'm probably not the best example!

Congratulations Lesley! This is so exciting.

I didn't have a party but I sure had fun going to all my favorites places to eat. The weeken before my surgery. Hubby got me flowers and baked me a cake and we took lots of pre op pics!

Congratulations Lesley! I can tell you that those 2 months will FLY BY...I am still in shock that I already had surgery, and how quick it all got here!
I really didn't do too much to celebrate, went to a couple of good restaurants and shoveled lots of snow lol!
