Stuck!
Thanks Gina (and everyone else) the workouts are varied one day cardio and toneing then weights so I don't think it's my body getting used to things (it might be in shock)!! I do agree that it might not be enough protein so I'm going to work on that this week too. Carbs are always my battle that has been my weakness all my life. It's so nice to have a place to go where everyone understands what you are going through!!
