kaiser maryland

My insurance is through Kaiser and I am not sure if they will cover the procedure or what there procedures and requirements are so I would appreciate it if any one who has been approved could tell me what the process was like

I am also a Kaiser patient.  Kaiser will cover surgery if you are a candidate for surgery.  The first thing you need to do is to call your doctor and ask for a nutrition referral.  The Kaiser requires that you go through a 6 month program.    If you want more details shoot me a personal e-mail and I will call you. 

I am currently in the program and have just completed my 5th month.
