i had surgery on 1/26/10 i lose only 19 pounds since these lasy two weeks i loss nothing pease help what am i doing wrong i had the rny surgery

Relax, honey, you're not doing ANYTHING wrong.  Provided, of course, that you ARE following your surgeon's guidelines.  That's so important in the early days of surgery.

Your body is still recovering from the surgery, saying, "WTH did you DO to me?"  You'll find that there are periods of adjustment - there's simply no rhyme or reason, it just is. 

So take a breath, buckle up and hang on for the ride.  You WILL lose the weight - it won't happen overnight, but it WILL happen.

why are you upset?  because you've lost 19 pounds in two weeks?

what do you expect to lose?


just keep following the surgeon's rules and you will lose.
