Heather, I hope you are not planning on doing the happy dance. I think that would get you a trip right back to the hosptial. I am so glad all went well and I am happy that your scale is being so kind. Keep up the good work and get some rest. Then you can dance till you can't dance anymore. Tell Joe to get ready.

Welcome home, Heather!  And congrats on your successful continued weight loss and knee replacement surgery!

You're a great inspiration for me, I need to loose enough for a hip replacement surgery, hopefully later this year or early next year.

Do take care, keep up your great work and yes, wait on that happy dance for a bit longer!

Heather, so glad all is well and the surgery is over. Your knees will do fantastic now since they have very little weight on them, they will be doing the happy dance! I  am so happy for you that your scale is  really moving, I wonder if your scale would have a talk with my scale!     Make sure you take it easy and get some rest. Glad that you are home, feel better, Leslie:)
