NSV

I have 3 recent NSV:

1.  I can cross my legs!

2.  I can fit in a booth - comfortably!

3.  I went to have blood drawn (twice) and they didn't have to fish.  They said I had great veins.  I haven't heard that since I was thin.  For the last 15 years I've been told how hard it is to find my veins.

Just had to share.  Thanks for the support!

Hi Kris,
WOW!  Not 1, not 2, BUT 3 NSV'S. That really is wonderful! Every ounce, every NSV, it all counts, and you know that you are doing a great job! KEEP IT UP!  Leslie:)

Kris, congratulations on your accomplishments. I am sure that they are great feelings. Keep up the good work and before you know it you will be posting more NSV's. Good luck.

Way to go!  I know if you're like me the NSV's are almost more heart warming - decision affirming than the declining numbers.  Seems every time I get on the scale - not matter how much the number declines - I feel like it could have been more.  But whenever I do something that I couldn't do when I was heavier or I get into a smaller size or any of the number of NSV's I've experienced over the last 10 weeks there never seems to be a "but it could have been better."

Keep up the good work!

I agree with Russell! I have been in denial about my weight for so long that I am so much more excited about some of my potential NSVs! Good for you - these are three great victories!!!

Isn't crossing your legs cool?  I have never been able to do it.  Now I can!  And fitting into a booth!  I can't wait until we go to Colorado...I want to see how well I fit into the airplane seat without a seatbelt extender!!

Way to go, Kris! Congrats on your 3 NSV's!   You're an inspiration and can't wait until I have some of my own to share.

funny you say about the veins. that was the most embarrassing thing for me, when they could not find a vein easily and had to use that butterfly thing. now i'm normal again. very cool! keep up the great work.
