Yesterday:

Pre-B - decaf tea latte
B - greek yogurt/strawberry protein shake
L - cranberry oatmeal w/baked apples
      peanut m&m's (ugh)
S - pretzels
D - scallops, mushrooms, and peas in a cheese sauce
S - greek yogurt w/banana

102 oz. fluids, 108g protein, all my vits

Today:

Pre-B - decaf tea latte
B - greek yogurt/banana protein shake
L - shrimp and spinach
S - protein bar
D - chicken enchilada bake

Woooo hooooo for my RNY tool it still works!   LOL

I have been behaving so I am getting rid of those nasty pounds that got me when we were snowed in and there were no school for 2 weeks. 


Yesterday:

B- Oatmeal with 2% milk   cup of Joe non dairy creamer & splenda

L- Tilapia fish with mash potatoes and green beans

D- 2 BBQ chicken wing dings & 3 tablespoon of rice and beans

S- 5 slices of canned peaches (splenda one)

96 oz of fluids and all my vitamins.

Today:

B- 1 small pancake with s/f maple syrup, My usual cup of Joe non dairy creamer & splenda

L- Tilapia with roasted potatoes and mixed veggies

D- Not sure yet

I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.
Those that mind don't matter, and those that matter don't mind.
