WEDNESDAY'S FEED BAG
Good morning!! Tonight, I'm going to experiment. Mom's bday is tomorrow (I'm a day off, I thought it was today), and I'll bake her a chocolate cake. However, since I've given up sweet carbs, I'm going to experiment with a baked ricotta - adding cocoa powder and peanut butter. I'll let you know how it turns out!!
Yesterday:
B - Greek yogurt w/pbj and granola
L - Greek chicken salad
D - 1/2 homemade hamburger
Cheese crisps
S - Protein bar

B - Protein coffee
