I did well last night - I had a beer, but NO bar food!!  Yay, me!!

Yesterday:

B - Greek yogurt with pbj/granola

S - 2 hardboiled egg

L - Baked chicken
      Green beans

S - Cheese crisps

D - 1/2 turkey sandwich
       veggie soup
       (YES, it IS possible to eat healthy at Panera Bread)

S - 1 beer

S - Popcorn

Today:

B - Greek yogurt with pbj/granola

Not sure about the rest of the day, plenty to choose from, though!

S - protein bar
L - flatbread pizza
D - chicken sausage, onions, potatoes
S - fresh mango

88 oz. fluids, 99g protein, all my vits

Today:

B - greek yogurt/banana vanilla protein shake
S - protein bar
L - chicken sausage, onions, potatoes
D - chicken enchilada bake
S - fruit

L - tuna salad with a slice of cheese in a LC tortilla

D- low carb pasta with homemade sauce

All my fluids and vits

Today -

B - hardboiled egg and 1/2 a serving of oatmeal

S - protein shake

L - LC pasta with homemade sauce

D - leftover venison stew

S - South Beach Diet Peanut Butter Protein bar
D - Turkey sausage with peppers, onions & mushrooms
S - Don't know yet

I didn't realize how much Protein that greek yogurt had until today. I saw it on everyones feedbag and I had to look at the contents on back. Boy, a small cup had 16g of protein. Greek yogurt is my new food of choice for breakfast.

I love me some Greek yogurt and it packs in some good protein.  Lately, I've been adding fresh blueberries or canned pineapple chunks to the plain, non-fat and it's yummy.  Can't wait for fresh strawberries in the next few months -- that's going to be a good one too!
