We need a sticky for this,
El and the girls wanted to go too CiCis pizza, they are having a 25th ann. sale now $3.99 instead of $5.99. Kids are normally $3.99 so it didn't matter today, or through the month of Feb. I asked the manager of CiCis in Catonsville, and he said they would honor, and have honored the card stating you have had WLS and requesting you be allowed to order from the kids menu, so you can eat for $3.99 including drink. This is not a DIET friendly list. If you have found someplace that gives a discount, and If they have a good WLS friendly diet, please note that as well.

So WLS friendly resturaunts: (add to this list)

(1) CiCi's in Catonsville  (pizza, salads and pasta)

Hey Tom!! Mike and I go there often with the kids. I have always paid the regular price at ours but its still nice and a lot cheaper then going somewhere paying off the menu. We always have to have tons of change when we go there though the kids live in the game room!!! lol Hope your feeling better today. (((Hugs)))

I like Cicis for that reason; they've never given me trouble for ordering the kids buffet; sometimes, they don't even ask why I am ordering a kids buffet.

My sis saw the ad yesterday and has asked that we go there tomorrow night lol

REALIZE Band on 02/09/10 with
What "WLS card" do you have? I didn't get one. I see that you guys are all RNY and I'm banded so that might be why.

it's a card you can get or make up that says you have had WLS and because of it you can only eat small amounts and would the resturant please honor you with the abiltiy to  order the child's menu or buffet size.

IT does NOT mean they will do it.   They are not required to do so.

What, if anything, is WLS friendly at CiCis?  I've never been but have often wanted to try it.

at that price I guess I would grab some salad and eat the toppings off of some veggie pizza.  but that's about it.

Hey Christie,,

Sorry about the confusion,, I wanted to start a list of places that would honor the WLS card given by most surgeons for those with small pouches, sleeves ect.

Or the meats for protein,,, Their web site lists the meat pizzas as 6gr protein, you can get the nut labels on the site,, I still use shakes for protein,, and my vits,, so I really didn't care too much about the nutrition of the menu.  The pizza was surprisingly good,, and they have a bunch of different kinds. The only problem,, I could only eat two pieces,, (they are small) so I couldn't try them all.
