Foamy Protein Shakes

Anyone know how to reduce this.  I HATE FOAM!!!!

Don't mix it in the blender!   I use the body fortress and I use a fork and mix for 30 seconds and it is great not gritty.  I hate foam too.

If you have to use the blender then scoop out the foam and let it sit in the Fridge for a little while.

I don't like the foam either, but one trick that I have done is to add ice and it kind of makes it thick like a milk shake.  Then the foam doesn't bother me so much.

I use a shaker I bought from walmart that has a plastic mesh in it and I do not get the foam effect.

Ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww foam!! lol I use Body Fortress from Wal Mart and I never have foam in my protein shakes. I have a GNC shaker too. Do you use one of those?

use a shaker.

and then put it in the fridge for 5 minutes and the foam will go away.
