Woo-hoo!!  Day #2 of being carb free was a success - another pound down on the scale!!  The weekends are always toughest for me - but I'm tougher!!!  And meaner!!!

Yesterday:

B - Protein coffee
      Greek yogurt with blueberries/granola

L - Chicken salad
     6 Triscuits

D - 1 meatball and the insides of half a cold cut sub

S - Skim milk with Splenda

Today:

B - Protein coffee
     Greek yogurt with blueberries/granola

L - Chicken salad
     6 Triscuits

S - Hard boiled egg

D - Out!!!!  Steamed crabs, I hope!!!

150 oz. of fluids and all my vits!

YUM...crabs!

I will not be weighing myself for a few days...TOM!  UGH!  Makes the carb monster come out!

Yesterday:

Pre-B - decaf tea latte
B - greek yogurt/tropical fruit protein drink
L - shrimp
     dates
S - 2 cookies
      ritz crackers
D - 4 breaded chickenless nuggets
S - greek yogurt w/fresh mango
S - crackers

96 oz. fluids, 121g protein, all my vits

Today:

Pre-B - decaf tea latte
B - oatmeal w/protein powder
L - cheese enchilada w/chili
D - asian bbq chicken

NEXT!!

Yesterday -

B - egg beaters, ham and cheese on a lc tortilla

L - 3 MSF "chicken" nuggets, brocolli, 2 triscuits

S - protein bar (1/2)

D - pork chop, 1/2 small (and I mean tiny) potato and a bit of fried onion

S - skim milk smoothie with strawberries

96 oz fluids

Today -

B - egg beaters with onion and mushrooms, diced ham and cheese on a lc tortilla

L - MSF black bean burger (1/2) with LF cheddar, salsa, and sour cream, brocolli, 2 triscuits (maybe...I'm filling up on the burger)

D - steak and mushrooms

S - protein shake

All my fluids and vits
