Good morning!!!  BRRRR!  They said it was warmer out, but you couldn't prove it by me!!!  I'm glad this week's almost over - even with the holiday, it was a long week.

Today, I'm grateful for:

1.  It was free giveaway day at Chick-fil-a!!!  I stopped to get my diet lemonade and they offered me a yogurt parfait or fruit cup!!  Woo-hoo!!  Every Thursday in February!!!

2.  It's pay week!!  I'm always grateful for this, but more so now that I have a car payment again!!!!

3.  Music - I have a Best Buy gift card that I didn't give at Christmas, so I'm going to indulge in some CD's!!!!!  I can't be in the car by myself without music!!!!!

Have a great day!

Here's my 3 things:

1.  For friends that listen and laugh at Poop stories!

2.  For getting through yesterday without eating carbs.

3.  For the scale moving down this morning.

*snirt*  The mark of a good friend is one who'll listen to those stories, sit beside you in a jail cell and hold your hair back when you puke!!!  If you have that, you have EVERYTHING!!!!  LOL!!!

I'm gonna steal your second and third ones - I had the very same!!  Woo-hoo!!  Oh, and BTW, I posted a kind of feed-bag-ish thing on the Losers for Lent group if you want to participate in the discussion!

Morning T (for three more minutes). Busy morning here as I've finally found my way into the office instead of working from home.  It's a good and bad thing, but I won't go into that.

Today, I'm grateful...

1.  For a PCP that listens to me, knows me well, and trusts my judgement.

2.  For losing the 2 lbs that found me during Snowmageddon.

3.  For having made it to the office after a lengthy commute.  Even though the sun is out and it hasn't snowed significantly for a few days...the streets in DC are RIDICULOUS!

4.  That myself and all of the people that matter to me know that when you make a committment and have a responsibility, it's up to YOU to make sure that you meet it (them)!!!!!!!!

Have a good rest of the day!
Heather

Amen, and I'm SO glad it didn't affect B's friend!!! Sheesh!!!!

I'm glad you saw your PCP - things will work out, they'll just take time.  But you're strong and you can handle it.  With a little help from your friends!!!!!!  MUAH!

I stepped on the scale this a.m. and saw that I, too, had lost two!!!  Woo!

Yep, streets are still sporadically bad and people are still driving like lunatics.  Sigh.

Hugs,

T

I'm so swamped this week, but taking a minute to eat a couple of MSF "chicken" nuggets and my protein bar, so I thought I'd check in.

Here are mine:

1.  My granddaughter Kelsi had inner ear surgery today to remove a cyst.  It's her 7th surgery and she's only 10.  She came through the surgery just fine.  We aren't sure yet if there is any hearing loss, but as long as she's through surgery ok, that's all I care about.

2.  My husband.  He drank all my crystal light last night (What's up with that????) and when he realized it, he ran out to Walmart to buy me more.  Awwww.

3.  My friends.

4.  My family.  As much as we have gone through together the past few years, they really know how to rally together.  This surprise pregnancy of my niece's has brought her back to the family and for that I am eternally greatful.

Mmmmm.......MSF - yummy!!!!

I'm glad Kelsi came through it okay - poor baby, all those surgeries!!!

Because Gary drinks CL, too, I make sure we're ALWAYS stocked - I'd start cutting if I didn't have it available!!!  LOL!!!

Family, whether blood or not, is what REALLY matters!!

I LOVE the new avie!!!!!!  You are sha-rinking!

Hugs,

T

Bob usually drinks soda, but for some reason hit my Crystal Light...then he realized that was probably not the best decision for him...LOL...I need my crystal light....

My Kelsi is a real trooper...and we just got the report that she has no more hearing loss!  Yay!

Thanks about the new avi - I was so excited when I saw that picture...I was like, OMG, look at home much LESS of me there is!!  LOL
