I did REALLY well on not having ANY sweet carbs yesterday - I am so proud of myself.  And as I walked through Giant, I heard the siren song of my nemsis - Reese's pb eggs.  OMG!!!!  I resisted them, though - that's a HUGE deal for me!!!!  LOL!!

Yesterday:

B - Protein coffee
      Greek yogurt with blueberries/granola

L - Chili w/cheese

S - Rice cakes/hummus

D - Rotisserie chicken
      Garlic green beans

S - Skim milk with Splenda

Today:

B - Protein coffee
      Greek yogurt with blueberries/granola

L - Rotisserie chicken salad

S - Pure Protein bar

D - Tilapia
       Green beans

All my fluids, all my vits!!

S - Almonds

L - Bean soup

S - LF Cheese stick

D - Grilled salmon w/peach mango salsa and steamed veggies

S - SF popsicle and a few Teddy Grahams

Today:

B - Greek yogurt w/splenda and protein powder
     Coffee

S - Hard boiled egg

L - Turkey chili

D - Grilled salmon & veggies

S - Something good and legal

YAY on the no sweet carbs...you're a better woman than I!  LOL!  I continue to stick to the no caffeine and no alcohol rules imposed upon me by my gut.  It's certainly not been easy to go back to that again!

Yesterday:

Pre-B - decaf tea latte
B - greek yogurt/tropical fruit protein shake
L - chili w/cheese, small piece of cornbread, palmier cookie
S - decaf tea latte
D - shrimp, avacado, salsa, and a bit of ranch dressing, palmier cookie

90oz. fluids, 115g protein, all my vits. 

Today:

Pre-B - decaf tea latte
B - greek yogurt/tropical fruit protein shake
L - shrimp
S - crackers
D - asian bbq chicken
