THURSDAY'S FEED BAG
I did REALLY well on not having ANY sweet carbs yesterday - I am so proud of myself. And as I walked through Giant, I heard the siren song of my nemsis - Reese's pb eggs. OMG!!!! I resisted them, though - that's a HUGE deal for me!!!! LOL!!

YAY on the no sweet carbs...you're a better woman than I! LOL! I continue to stick to the no caffeine and no alcohol rules imposed upon me by my gut. It's certainly not been easy to go back to that again!

D - shrimp, avacado, salsa, and a bit of ranch dressing, palmier cookie
