TUESDAY'S FEED BAG

So, is everyone on carb overload from being cooped up in the house?  I didn't do too badly, because I was sick for so much of it.  Tomorrow, being the start of Lent, I'm giving up refined carbs and sugar.  THIS should be interesting!!!

Yesterday:

B - 2 scrambled eggs/cheese

L - Cup of Maryland crab soup
      Greek salad with grilled chicken (with enough leftovers for today!)

D - 1/4 crab pretzel
      2 beers

Today:

B - Protein coffee
      Greek yogurt with blueberries

L - Greek chicken salad

D - ?

All my fluids, all my vits!

YES!!  But I have started working out regularly and hoping to make it a part of my daily routine!!

Yesterday:

B  - greek yogurt/banana protein shake
L - chicken parmesan
     2 brownie bites
D - filet mignon, couple bites of potatoes, spoonful of peas
      cookie

88 oz. fluids, 81g protein, all my vits

Today:

B - greek yogurt/banana protein shake
L - last bit of chicken parm?
D - chili

NEXT!!!
