yet another wow moment!

actually, i have a had a few recently!

i was able to shovel snow during the last two storms without getting tired!

i was able to clip my own toenails without help for the first time in forever (maybe tmi, but a big deal for me!)

i have had my employees, my bosses, and my co-workers come to me and tell me  "wow your shrinking!" and "you look great, how much have you lost?" and other great comments over the last few weeks!  (i still find it hard to believe i look different, but the complements do feel great!)

and the latest and greatest thing.... i was able to bowl 6 straight games (4 duckpin 2 10 pin) without being tired! i absolutely love bowling but i gave it up when i was "too tired"

its hard to believe that only 4 1/2 months ago i got surgery that changed and saved my life!

like others on this board have said, i want to thank this board for being part of my success so far and i wanted to thank you guys and gals for all the support yet to come!

i hope everyone is having a great valentines day!
