Just thought I would check in and say thanks to everyone who has supported me since September went I first joined OH. I am three months out and 50 lbs lighter. I am taking the lowest dose possible blood pressure medication and have stopped taking my cholesterol medication completely. I am still trying to work out 4 times a week and spent much of last week shoveling since my husband is out-of-town.
I would never have been able to shovel 50 lbs ago.
I have been busy lately with grandkids andsnow - but I still follow this board whenever I get a chance. Being a part of this board has added to my success. Thanks and hugs to everyone!

Pam,
WOW! 50lbs in 3 months, that's wonderful! I know you are feeling great, if you were able to shovel after all the snow we just had. Keep doing what you're doing,  it's certainly working! Stay Well, Leslie:)

Thanks everyone for your comments.  I just want to clarify something about my weight loss.  I lost 15 lbs the two months before my surgery and 35 lbs since my surgery.  Anyway, it's still 50 lbs to me.    Pam
