FRIDAY EVE FEED BAG
So, how's everyone doing with their eating. If you are bored eater like me, this being snowed in thing can be a challenge. I'm glad I stocked up before the storm...especially with greek yogurt and fruit!
Yesterday:
B - decaf tea latte
L - sauteed shrimp and spinach
S - greek yogurt/mango protein shake
D - chili
2 choc chip cookies
S - tortilla chips w/queso
Today:
B - decaf tea latte
L - sauteed shrimp and spinach
S - greek yogurt/mango protein shake
D - italian sausage, green peppers, and onions
Anyone else?

I've been a bad bad girl with my eating... seems I've been grazing all day. Back to work tomorrow so I wont be tempted to eat all day

S: Cheese and a piece of Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate, and some trail mix
D: Jambalya and brussel sprouts
S: 3 sugar cookies/ few bites of Jambalya
96 oz of water... all my vitamins
Today:
B: 2 cookies and a protein shake
L: Chicken Breast and brussel sprouts
S: Cheese and piece of Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate/coffee mixed with NSA Hot Cocoa
D: Chicken and goat cheese pizza at my favorite restaraunt
64 oz of fluids so far... all my vitamins so far... still have my calcium to go :o)
