Dizzy after exertion and rest?
Besides the protein shake, how are you doing on your fluids? It could be dehydration. Did you have any of these symptoms before you worked outside?
If not dehydration, it could be so many other things. Once I had an ear infection with no pain, that caused me to be dizzy. Did not realize what the issue was until an MD checked me out. Keep an eye on it and if it does not go away in a reasonable amount of time, best to see an MD.

Still off the calcium,, still eating,, doing protein and vitamins. All and all feeling fine. The more I think of it,, the more I think it is the fact of working long and not drinking. I do have a snow blower, but in order to keep clear access to my driveway, and to clear out around the trailer, I had to do a lot of shoveling too. I do work outside, so have the clothes for it,, (heavy coveralls) so I did work up a good sweat, and was not replentishing fluids. This is what worries me about the summer months.
