Laura, I say go for it !!! They need to realize that they are there for their customers and you know the customer is always right. If they don't have good PR then their business might bite the dust. They get paid good $$$$ for a service. I hope they stand up to that. Good luck and I say bug the heck out of them. You are worth it !!!
