Forget the choc cupcake, try this
Chili with 4 cans dark red beans, 2 sweet onions, 1green and red pepper, 2lbs 97% ground beef,3 cans low  salt basil, pepper spiced tomatoes, 1 can chili pepper tomatoes, 1 bag sweet corn, 2 bags western chili mix, chili peppers to taste
Simmer for 40 minutes and enjoy with hot Diet Snapple peach green tea and vodka
Got proteins, good cals and  carbs, flavor and a great buz  - much better than cupcakes

Already have the chili simmering! It smells heavenly!
However, the diet snapple with vodka sounds great too! Unfortunately, I have no vodka in the house! LOL

Heather, hope you are well and warm from the plunge. I am not happy about all this snow. I am trying to make the best of a bad situation. I hope we keep power and I have veggie soup on and am baking chicken. The chocolate cake sounds good. I just purchased Vitalicious muffins and brownies. They are really good and the Brownie only has 100 calories, 5 to 6 grams of fiber, 3 to 4 g of protein and 1-1.5 g of fat. I am not sure if WLS patients can eat them but they are so good with Sugar Free Cool Whip. Take care stay warm and good luck with the Chocolate cake.
