Need a little help

Hey gang

I need a little help.  I have been loking fo work for three weeks, and with out realizing it have found that my consumption of sugar is up and so is my mindless eating.  Thought this was undercontrol.  Does anyone have any suggestions how to get back on track wit this.  I am loosing weight from exercise and things, but need to the sugar and mindless eating under control so if I can have the surgery in the spring I will not have to worry about the dumping and things.

Try  tracking on "Daily plate.com  We all track at  times.  I track daily and I'm 14 mos post

I agree with the others - get yourself on a routine/schedule and track everything that goes in your mouth.

any chance you can toss it all and just not have it available or do you have to have it for kids/so?
