FRIDAY EVE FEED BAG
Morning everyone - how's everyone doing with their eating? I made a homemade veggie soup w/ground beef last night and it is YUMMY. Beef stock, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, a bit of spinach, mushrooms, onion, garlic, and browned, seasoned ground beef. YUMMO!
Yesterday:
B - greek yogurt/mango protein shake
shot of probiotic yogurt drink
L - hummus w/mini pitas
S - Kashi hot cereal, made w/skim milk and an added scoop of protein powder
D - veggie soup w/ground beef
98 oz. fluids, 109g protein, all my vits
Today:
B - greek yogurt/fruit protein shake
L - veggie soup w/ground beef
D - cheeseburger casserole?
NEXT!!!
