SNOMG FRIDAY FEED BAG
Well, my fridge is stocked and I have some yummy things planned for the weekend.
Yesterday:
B - pineapple greek yogurt
probiotic yogurt shot
L - veggie soup w/ground beef
D - veggie soup w/ground beef
LNS - warm milk w/splenda
95 oz. fluids, 60g protein, all my vits.
Today:
B - greek yogurt/tropical fruit protein shake
S - oatmeal
L - italian sausage w/veggies
D - some kind of casserole
NEXT!!!
