You can still do Chipotle!  I do it all the time.  Black beans, chicken (or beef), lettuce, salsa tomatoes and a tad of sour cream.  Delish!  You should get 2-3 meals out of your burritto bol.

My surgery is in a week so I won't be doing that any time soon!

I am only seven weeks out so I am not sure Chipotle is on the radar just yet - still treating the pouch very gingerly.  And it represents a place were I flexed all of my former "less than desirable" eating muscles.  It's defintely on the radar in the future - but I need to feel a little more secure in the new habits I am developing every day.

Thanks though every one for the encouragement - gotta have a little fun every now and then

Am I the only one who hasn't had chipolte ever?!?!  I did eat fajitas for dinner last night at Chili's... just told them not to bring me the "wraps" and made my own salad...  Good thing they are used to my odd habits there - I share lots of oddities with the servers there! :)

I can really relate to the headaches.  Before the WLS, anytime I started a diet, I'd get headaches, that would go away if I ate something I shouldn't have!  DEFINITELY withdrawal!  Just get past it, and you'll be fine!

Yep! I definitely know about the headaches...mine lasted for 2 days of full banging...i'm sure it was a withdrawal from the carbs, sugar, sodium and caffeine, along with everything esle! I couldn't take it any more, so I took some tylenol...as soon as the tylenol was in my system I was good!

Ummm, I can't wait to eat a chicken bol with blackbeans, onions, peppers...however, like Russell, i'm only 6 weeks out and still trying to respect my pouch...don't want her to sucker punch me...i don't want to get her mad!

Best of Luck!
