A bone to pick with Nessa and Tom...
Ok, one of you two is going to have to change your avatar picture. When I'm reading your posts and I'm looking at that tiny little picture of you both wearing the Ray Lewis jersey, I get confused as to who is who and that changes the content of your message entirely!!! I guess I could just pay closer attention though, huh? Ok I'll try that! 
PS: just because things don't always translate well in writing...I'm totally joking with you. You look nothing alike...I just read one of Tom's posts thinking it was Nessa one day recently and by the time I realized it I had already been thinking "Hmmm, Nessa wears men''s pants? I never noticed that." LOL Just thought you might have a good laugh at my expense.
