I just can't see myself giving myself shots. I'll talk to him next time and see if he'll walk me through it.

Why don't you do your own?  Or we can plan a lunch date and I will do it for you... NOT a biggie :)

I got mine at Walgreen's on Rolling Road - $15 covered a years supply and 10 needles (I still have left overs from insulin, I don't know why I even bought the one bag!)

My labs came back today... I am high on B12 - weird... LOL

That's pretty cheap, maybe I just have to suck it up and elarn to give myself shots.

Funny, I can look at an 8 inch gaping hole in my abdomen and not be queasy but the thought of giving myself shots!!!

my doc told me to just get the b12 i liquid form that you can use an eye dropper and put under your tounge.  b12 is water soluble, so you can actually take as much as you need to get your levels up, and when you have enough, your body will eliminate the excess through urine. i take an eye dropper full once a day and my b12 levels are perfect (according to my labs the other day on my 3 month post op visit) for me vit d is a different story!

i get my b12 from cvs, its not expensive at all, and no needles!
