Any support meetings in/near Ocean City?

I live in PA but spend a lot of time in Ocean City.   Are there any support meetings in that area?

I don't know of any "formal" support groups in/near Ocean City, but one of our members, Ginger, lives in OC and has always been happy to meet with other "losers."  Her screen name is Gingerma, so you might want to shoot her a PM if she doesn't see this.

Julia, Ginger is a nice lady and I am sure she would love to talk with you. I also know that there are several people here from PA. One I can think of right now is Angie and her screen name is amused one. She might know of some stuff in PA. I wish you luck and take care.

Hi Julia, Yes, I'm in O.C.  Don't need the sunglasses, at the moment, though!  We've got about 10" of snow, and it's still coming down!!  I HATE WINTER!  Ever since my labpand surgery, even in the summer, I'm COLD!  Poor Heather, I was thinking of you, today, in the bay!

Keep in touch, Julia, letting me know when you'll be down.  Several members come here, during the summer.  Another member, is moving to the Salisbury area next week.  A neighbor of mine has his townhome, right next door to us and he's rarely here.  I'm sure he'd be happy to rent his place, for a week, sometime this summer.  It'd be great to have about 6 people, nextdoor, for a week.  What fun that could be!  Look out Ocean City!!

Thanks for the info about members who go to OC!!!  I'm hoping to spend much of the summer there this year, so I'm happy to know that there are members around, even if there's no formal support group.  (I do have meetings near me in PA and try to attend as often as possible.)  It would be fun to have a get-together and meet folks sometime!!!

Ginger---we have a place on 41st St, so I wouldn't be looking for a rental, but thanks for the info about your neighbor.  We're hoping to get down there at the end of this week.  (Have to make a trip soon---we forgot to turn the heat back when we left the other day!)  I'll give you a holler if we do.
