THURSDAY'S FEED BAG

One of my gratefuls today is the 10 pounds of frozen blueberries a friend gave us!!!  We'll be making EVERYTHING with blueberries!!!  LOL!!

Yesterday:

B - Protein coffee
     Greek yogurt with granola

S - Mango

L - Black bean soup with Greek yogurt

S - Cheese sticks

D - Chickarina soup

S - PB pretzels

Today:

B - Protein coffee
      Greek yogurt with granola and blueberries

L - Turkey & swiss roll-ups
      Flatbread crackers

D - ?

All my fluids, all my vits!

Yesterday:

B - protein chai latte
L - split pea soup w/chicken breast
S - brownie
D - meatballs and sauce (going to freeze the rest)
S - pear sauce

76g protein, 75g protein, all but one dose of calcium

Today:

B - greek yogurt/strawberry protein shake
L - chili
D - a variation on a recipe I got from Aaron
S - decaf protein chai latte

I typed "high protein foods" in the search bar at the top and it gives a host of answers.

You're recently out from VSG (congrats!), so at this point, you're going to want to stick closely to your doctor's guidelines.

But, tell us what you like/don't like, and I'm sure we can come up with some suggestions.

Hey there!  Welcome to the Maryland Board!!  Protein coffee is simply my cup of coffee into which I pour a ready to drink (RTD) protein shake - my personal preferences being Pure Protein shakes and EAS Advant Edge.  Some folks also use protein powder in their coffee.

The chickarina soup is Progresso's version of Italian Wedding Soup - basically, chicken soup with teeny meatballs, veggies and ditalina (tiny pasta).
