I agree with the others - call and ask what your options are and tell them you will have no choice but to leave if they cannot re-negotiate your pricing.

I have heard that if you call and tell them you are going to switch that they usually try to give you something to stay. I "spoke" with someone online last night and got a bunch of "canned" responses, and she didn't really come up with anything worthwhile. Today, Comcast called my house, which makes me think that someone who can offer me a better deal is trying to get in touch. We shall see.... we shall see.
