WEDNESDAY'S FEED BAG
Well, I kind of blew it last night, but Lord, was it almost worth it!!!
Yesterday:

Greek yogurt with granola
L - Cobb salad
D - Steak
Broccoli
Mashed potatoes
Shared vanilla bean cheesecake with a friend!!!
Today:
B - Protein coffee
Greek yogurt with mango and granola
L - Black bean soup with Greek yogurt and cheese
D - ?
All my fluids, all my vits!

I hear ya! I was in a baking mood and made brownies and choc chip cookies. I'll only have a few of each but.....
Yesterday:
B - none
S - 1/4 of a brownie
L - meatballs, sauce, parm cheese, moz cheese
D - tomato bisque w/shrimp and parm cheese
1 choc chip cookie
S - apple sauce
LNS - warm milk w/protein powder
80 oz. fluids, 80g protein, all my vits!
Today:
B - protein chai latte
L - not sure yet
D - not sure yet
S - greek yogurt/protein shake
