Exercise - Jan 27th

Good Gravy April, how on earth do you carve 2 hours a day out of your schedule?  What do you do with Jordan during those two hours.  Too much to do at home after to dedicate 2 hours to it, 1 hour I'm good but after that, there's no time.

What gym do you belong to?  I just completed a biggest looser program at my gym (sport fit) and now we're doing the maintenance plan till the next one starts up in March.

Tonight is 1 hour of Zumba!!!  I'm so excited I can't wait, LOVE Zumba!!

Well Jordan goes with me and plays in the kids room. She loves it, in fact she BEGS to go.

Honestly I dont get enough sleep and thats how I fit it in. I go to bed about midnight everynight.

My scale has not budged except to go UP (ugghh) since October. I am trying HARD to bust through this and get my body losing again!

April you are right behind in your time for surgery.  I honestly think maybe I have come as far as I am going to come.  Which I am ok with.  I like the way I look, for once in my life, sure I'd like to loose another 20 lbs and get to my magical #.  But like you I have been floating in a 5 lb window now since probably september for me.  I've reached a comfortable eating stage, exercising stage....so I'm considering my self as in maintenance mode.

You have done wonderful with your weightloss and should be very proud of yourself.  Keep up the good work.

And I can echo everything you said also. I just REALLY do wanna try for at least 20 more lbs. Nicole reminded me the other day at this point dont STRESS about the extra weight just focus on a healthy lifestyle and thats what I am trying to do :)
